We added this feature from feedback we received from accountants that most solutions assume that one person is responsible for each service as a whole.

Now you can add different responsibilities for each stage of the service – like collection of records, bank reconciliation, completion and review.

Add a countdown colour

You can create different urgency levels for each stage of a job. This feature gives your firm the tolerance levels that you work to.

Who's the bottleneck?

When looking in each job card you can see which member of staff is holding up the process.

Change default responsibilities

It is so easy to change stage responsibilities, whether that’s because a staff member has left or just spreading the work out more evenly.
