Step-by-step guide

The login screen for the My Practice client portal includes fields for email and password, a Log In button, and a Forgot Password option. Powered by engager.app, it features the logo at the top and an app connection guide to ensure seamless access.

Step 1

After the account is set up, log into the Client Portal on another device, such as a computer or a tablet. The login screen will look similar to the attached screenshot but will contain the logo or practice name of your accountant.

The client portal page features a menu on the left with options like Home and Contact Us. On the right, youll find a welcome message. The profile icon offers settings such as Change Password and Log Out, alongside a helpful App Connection Guide for seamless integration.

Step 2

Click on the user icon in a circle next to your name in the top-right corner of the window to open a dropdown menu.

Then click on the ‘Link our mobile app’ option from the menu.

A webpage titled Client Portal presents a QR code for app connection. The guide includes downloading the app, scanning the code, and entering a password. A sidebar offers menu options such as Home, Contact us, Files, Signing requests, and Forms.
