GoProposal assumptions: We estimate required plans based on around 0.1 proposals per client per month (e.g. 100 clients ≈ 10 proposals, so Basic). Pricing also assumes an extra £40 per user above the users included in each plan (Solo: 1 user, Basic: 1, Standard: 2, Premium: 10).
*BrightManager assumptions: BrightManager pricing includes an estimated BrightPropose add-on based on the same proposal volume assumption of around 0.1 proposals per client per month. We map this to BrightPropose’s Basic (5 proposals, £50), Essentials (20, £100) or Advanced (35, £150) package and add that cost on top of the standard BrightManager per-user fee.

How is Engager priced?
Engager is priced by the number of clients your practice looks after, starting from £9 +VAT a month. Every feature and unlimited users are included at every price point. Use the calculator above to see your exact price.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes every feature: proposals, letters of engagement and disengagement, e-signatures, onboarding forms, task and deadline management, job phases, checklists, automations, time tracking, the pricing tool, the branded client portal and mobile app, and email integration, with unlimited users and support. Two-way Xero client sync is an optional £4 a month, and SMS messages are charged separately.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so you can add your whole team without paying more.
Will my price change as my practice grows?
Your price is based on your number of clients, so it only changes as your client base grows. Adding team members never changes it. Move the slider in the calculator to see the price at each size.
Are there any add-ons?
Two-way Xero client sync is available for an extra £4 a month. SMS messages, if you choose to send them, are charged separately. Every feature is included.
How am I billed, and do prices include VAT?
You are billed monthly. Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added to your bill.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can use every feature free for 28 days with no card details required. If you decide not to continue, your data is securely archived and then permanently deleted in line with data protection law.
How hard is it to switch from my current software?

Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is hosted in the UK, protected by ongoing backups and encryption, and Engager is Cyber Essentials certified.
