Setup and Teardown Times:

  • Setup: Begins at 6:30 AM on event day.
  • Teardown: Begins at 5:00 PM after the event concludes.

Design Guidelines: No pull-up banners are allowed. Power options are available at an additional fee; please contact us if you require electricity at your booth.

Each booth will have some storage space available.

If extra storage is needed, please speak to us on the day, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Insurance Requirements

Exhibitors are required to submit proof of public liability insurance by 15th November 2024.

Marketing and Promotions

We strongly encourage all exhibitors to promote their booth ahead of time. Use #LABS25 to connect with the community. Feel free to use the social posts below, but you are welcome to design your own promotional materials.

Lead Collection

Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own lead tracking tools. We suggest using a form that feeds directly into your CRM or a calendar booking tool to streamline follow-ups.

Contact Information

If you have any questions before the event, please email contact@engager.app and we’ll be happy to help.

Sustainability

We encourage all exhibitors to adopt sustainable practices in travel arrangements and merchandise. Consider using sustainable merch or none at all. Instead of traditional giveaways, consider running an activity at your stand—a photo booth, a competition, or a game.
